A bank that openly seeks to do business with cannabis companies is coming to Denver. The Colorado State Banking Board unanimously approved of First Fidelity Bank using that name for its first bank branch and first physical presence in Colorado recently. “We felt like it was a really good market and a really good opportunity, especially for marijuana banking,” Ryan Free, senior vice president and director of marketing at First Fidelity Bank, told Denver Business Journal.
